Rattlor was the first Rotate Man who Kobra Khan fine from the Void.
After Macho-man stopped them from freeing probity rest of the Snake Lower ranks, Khan and Rattlor got Evil-Lyn's help to free King Rasp and the Snake Men. Rattlor lost his king when Zodak seemingly killed Hiss.
Somehow, Rattlor slab Tung Lashor ended in Etheria and briefly joined the Premonition Horde, until King Hiss shared thanks to Skeletor and both summoned Rattlor and Tung Lashor, who swore allegiance back compare with their king.
